“Subscriber” or “Member” refers to verified new or renewing purchasers of season ticket holder of The Oakville Drama Series.

“The Oakville Drama Series” hereinafter referred to as “TODS” represents The Oakville Players and West End Studio Theatre as it relates to the production of plays presented at The Oakville Centre For The Performing Arts, currently from October to March annually.

The Oakville Drama Series’ season is currently defined as the time period from October through to the following March.

The offers (as described on the oakvilledrama.ca website) are hereby referred to as “Perk(s)”. Perks can include but are not limited to exclusive and/or advance access, discount offers or free merchandise or services. Establishments providing a Perk are hereinafter referred to as “Perk Partner(s)”

The “Subscriber Card” refers to the business card sized item provided (in person or mailed) to the subscriber when season tickets were purchased. The subscriber card is only available to Oakville Drama Series subscribers and valid until indicated on the face of the card. Use of the card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. The subscriber card is owned by TODS and must be returned upon request. The card is not redeemable for cash and has no cash value. If the subscriber card is lost or stolen a replacement card will NOT be reissued.

Subscriber agrees that perks are subject to change or be removed entirely without notice and that such perks are not guaranteed, particularly in cases where perks are offered by Perk Partner(s). While we make every effort to provide the details and limitations of any perks on our website, TODS and The Oakville Centre For The Performing Arts are not responsible for Perk offered by Perk Partner(s). The availability of any perk is not a condition of the sale of season tickets.

Subscriber is responsible for informing the Provider of the intention of utilizing or redeeming a Perk prior to engaging in any transaction with said Provider

Use of Perks is reserved for subscribers only and the Subscriber Card is not transferable.

TODS reserves the right to wind down the Subscriber Perks Program with 60 days notice.

The Oakville Centre For The Performing Arts is not in any way affiliated with the Subscriber Perks Program, except to facilitate distribution of the subscriber card and purchase of the season tickets. Any questions referring to Subscriber Perks Program should be directed to TODS.

TODS is committed to protecting the privacy of its customers. We have and will take measures that protect the privacy of personal information held by us.

Contact information collected is solely for the purpose of communicating with subscribers as it related to TODS. We will NOT sell, rent or share your contact information to 3rd parties.  By registering for an account on this website, you agree to permit The Oakville Drama Series and staff at the Oakville Centre for the Performing Arts permission to exchange all contact and subsription purchase information.  You also agree to be added to our email list.  In cases where you are receiving emails from TODS, you will have the option to opt-out or unsubscribe at any time.   

Other personal information such as age and city is used to help us develop marketing plans, understand trends and customer needs and assist us in thing as determining which shows to produce and build new website functions.
